Christmas Menu Terms & Conditions

Availability

Our Festive Party Menu is available from 1st November to 30th December, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day, when a separate set menu will be served.

Deposits & Pre-Orders

• A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment and final menu choices must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your booking date.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Menu & Dietary Requirements

• All menu selections must be submitted in advance using the provided pre-order form.
• Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
• Menu items may be subject to change based on availability.

Arrival & Service Times

• Guests are requested to arrive promptly for the scheduled dining time.
• Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the booking time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
• If you're running late, please call 01332 501072.
• On Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, tables are booked for 2.5 hours.
• For Festive Party bookings, duration may vary depending on party size.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking may incur full charges.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or reductions in party size after the final payment deadline.
